Common questions

My countdowns aren't syncing. Big Day syncs through your own iCloud. Make sure you're signed into iCloud and that iCloud Drive is on for Big Day in Settings.

The widget isn't updating. Remove and re-add the widget from your Home Screen, and make sure the app has been opened at least once.

Restoring a purchase. Open the app, go to Settings, and tap Restore Purchases.
