Do I need an account?

No. Nocturne never asks you to create an account or sign in. You just open the app and start.

Does Nocturne need the internet?

No. Everything works offline. An internet connection is only used if you turn on optional iCloud sync or make a purchase.

How does syncing across my devices work?

Turn on iCloud sync in Settings and your nights sync privately through your own iCloud account across your iPhone and iPad. We can't see any of it.

What's free, and what's in Nocturne+?

The free version is genuinely useful forever: a nightly entry, rotating prompts, your reminder, your streak, and all of your own entries — always viewable. Nocturne+ adds the full mood-colored heatmap, complete insights, export to text or PDF, Face ID lock, and alternate themes.

How much is Nocturne+?

You can subscribe monthly or yearly (with a free trial), or pay once for a lifetime unlock. Prices are shown live in the app for your region. Cancel anytime.

How do I restore a purchase?

Open Settings in the app and tap Restore Purchases. To manage a subscription, go to the iOS Settings app → your name → Subscriptions.

Will I ever lose my entries?

No. Your words are never held hostage and never wiped on an update. They stay on your device (and in your own iCloud if you enable sync).
