By downloading or using Nocturne (“the app”) you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
Coralia Digital grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, in line with the Apple Media Services Terms and the standard Apple End User Licence Agreement (EULA).
Nocturne+ is available as an auto-renewing subscription (monthly or yearly) or a one-time lifetime purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; manage or cancel anytime in the iOS Settings app under Subscriptions. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription. Prices are shown in the app for your region.
You agree not to reverse-engineer, resell, or misuse the app, and not to use it to break any law. The app and its content remain the property of Coralia Digital.
Anything you create or store in the app belongs to you. You're responsible for keeping your own backups where the app stores data on your device or in your iCloud.
The app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, and is not a medical or mental-health service. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Coralia Digital is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the app.
We may update these terms; the effective date above will change when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
